Deep monsoonal moisture billows through La Plata and surounding counties today. Heavy rain is expected. Watch storms on hills above you, runoff increases on saturated ground.

* A DEEP PLUME OF MONSOONAL MOISTURE CONTINUES ACROSS EASTERN UTAH
AND WESTERN COLORADO THROUGH THIS EVENING. FREQUENT SHOWERS AND

LOCAL FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE. WITH SATURATED GROUND
