* ABUNDANT MOISTURE LIFTING NORTHWARD FROM MEXICO AND TROPICAL
  STORM IVO WILL CONTINUE SPREADING ACROSS EASTERN UTAH THROUGH
  MONDAY AFTERNOON. EXCESSIVE RAINFALL MAY OCCUR WITHIN THE
  WATCH AREA WITH LOCALIZED RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 2
  INCHES POSSIBLE.

FLASH FLOOD WATCH will continue through this evening. Showers are to increase as the day progresses. If you are in the back country watch carefully for potential of roads and trails washing out and potential for deep mud on mountain roads.
