Heavy rain expected over much of the area today through tomorrow from a strong monsoonal flow. Watch roadside drainages especially.

  AREAS...

       ARCHES/GRAND FLAT...
       CANYONLANDS/NATURAL BRIDGES...
       LA SAL AND ABAJO MOUNTAINS AND
       SOUTHEAST UTAH.

* THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON

* ABUNDANT MOISTURE LIFTING NORTHWARD FROM MEXICO AND TROPICAL
  STORM IVO WILL CONTINUE SPREADING ACROSS EASTERN UTAH THROUGH
  MONDAY AFTERNOON. EXCESSIVE RAINFALL MAY OCCUR WITHIN THE
  WATCH AREA WITH LOCALIZED RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 2
  INCHES POSSIBLE.

* PEOPLE IN THE WATCH AREA SHOULD MONITOR FORECASTS THROUGH
  MONDAY. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO AVOID AREAS THAT ARE PRONE
  TO ANY FORM OF FLOODING INCLUDING FLASH FLOODS. THIS INCLUDES
  ANY BACK COUNTRY ROADS OR TRAILS THAT TRAVEL ACROSS DRY CREEK
  BEDS OR WASHES. MUD DEBRIS FLOWS OR ROCK SLIDES MAY IMPACT
