.GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA...COMBINING WITH VERY DRY AND WARMER THAN NORMAL CONDITIONS. WHILE WINDS WILL DIMINISH LATE THIS EVENING IN THE VALLEYS...BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST ALONG MID SLOPES THROUGH MOST OF THE NIGHT. THESE SLOPES WILL ALSO SEE POOR NIGHTTIME HUMIDITY RECOVERY. WINDS WILL AGAIN STRENGTHEN MIDDAY TUESDAY...WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS EXPECTED LATE IN THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EARLY EVENING.
