  FORECAST AREA BELOW 7500 FEET.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...12 TO 18 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL SPREAD RAPIDLY. OUTDOOR
  BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
