* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR A PORTION OF SOUTHWEST COLORADO...
  INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREA...SOUTHWEST SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS.

* FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING

* HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED WITH SHOWERS AND STORMS BEGINNING
  SATURDAY AFTERNOON OVER THE WEST FORK COMPLEX AREA AND BURN
  SCARS FROM PREVIOUS YEARS

* WITH EXPOSED SOIL AND LIMITED VEGETATION LEFT IN THIS AREA...ANY
  RAIN THAT FALLS OVER THE BURN SCAR MAY CAUSE WASHOUTS AND
  MUDSLIDES QUICKLY WITH LITTLE WARNING

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
